Ways to Give (Donate)

“We love because God first loved us.”

1 John 4:19

God blesses us, and out of gratitude we extend blessings to others. There are many ways to give of your time, gifts, and wealth through Redeemer.

We invite you to support the general fund and the capital fund through your financial donations. They help to keep things running here at Redeemer.

We also invite you to support special outreach ministries that Redeemer holds dear. You will find them below.

We appreciate you and thank you for sharing God’s blessings with us!

Stewardship 2024

Our Stewardship Pledge is how we put together our budget for the coming year. We are now in our Stewardship Campaign for 2023. If you would like to make a pledge, please see the “Stewardship 2023 – Our Daily Bread” page.

Where to Give

The General Account

The General Account is our main way to pay for the day to day operations: Pastor's salary and benefits, staff salaries, substitute minister and organist, payroll taxes and processing fees, Synod benevolence, sabbatical reserve, church utilities and maintenance, parsonage utilities and maintenance, church committee expenses, worship and music supplies, office equipment leases, office supplies, software & hardware, furniture etc.

The Capital Fund

The Capital Fund is used to pay the monthly mortgage payments, major unbudgeted items, equipment, and improvements expected to have a long life.

We also have other projects, committees, and missions that we support throughout the year.

Contributions to these accounts can be made at any time. Donations to other committees are restricted to that committees or projects use. (e.g., The Dwelling Place, Flowers, LHBH Scholarship, LHBH & ASC Joint Scholarship, Youth, Pastor’s Discretionary, Landscaping etc.).  We will update these mission and project tiles throughout the year.

Donations to other missions beyond our walls (e.g., Lutheran World Relief, Lutheran World Hunger, Woburn Council of Social Concern, Child International Fund, etc.) are passed through LCR with 100% of your contribution being sent to that mission.

How to Give

Online Credit Card

You can make contributions easily online using Vanco’s processing system by setting up a bank transfer or by using a credit card.

See the Vanco section at the bottom of this page.

You can send contributions to the church via paper check, drop it in the mail or bring it with you on Sunday.  Please indicate on the memo line where you would like your contribution to go.

And finally, you can request that your banking institution initiates a donation on your behalf.
